Hotel Akshat Niwas, Udaipur, Rajasthan

we booked this hotel for our guest came from diwali. it went very good stay. we booked the hotel on last minutes and being a pick season time of diwali they have offer us very reasonable room rates. ||we had dinner at hotel akshat niwas with our guest and it was existence. |services was little bit slow but that was fine for us because we were reflexion mud. ||all over its was very good hotel in this budgets.

Excellent budget hotel. When I reached in the hotel with my friends worm welcome by Mr. Mayur Singh .... He will be always available at front desk with smiling face and always ready to make comfortable of staying guest. He has very good knowledge of sightseeing and visiting the sightseeing places. ||||Hotel is located in heart of city. Right middle to the city. close to lake pichola, Jagdish template and city palace.||||Check in process was quick and smooth. Room was nice simply decor. Moderately sized with ac and TV. 24 hour running hot and cold water. Bathroom was neat and clean. Bed was soft and comfortable. ||||Excellent food, it's like home made food. ||||Would love to stay here when I get a chance to stay in beautiful city of lake.||||Thank to Mayur Singh and his team.

Booked an AC and non AC room, the non AC room didn't have any windows, when asked to change, I was given an AC room at extra charge. The carpets was not clean, pillow covers were not clean, the manager called 2 times to confirm our arrival but still the rooms didn't have blankets, no bucket and mug in rooms, the restaurant dining room was dirty with food all over floor. Room service guys don't look clean, Was not given receipt for the extra amount they took for AC room. The heating option of AC was disabled to AC was not usable but still had to pay extra. Tata sky was not recharged even after knowing our arrival. Overall good building, bad managed.

Awesome experience .It is in middle of Udaipur. We were friends of 5 and enjoyed a lot at hotel Akshat Niwas. Food was really good. All staff was professional and humble. You will get to see amazing view from roof.

Stayed during 1st to 3rd Oct'17. Not approachable for vehicles. You are to walk about 300m to get into the hotels. Main attractions viz City Palace/ Bagore Ki Haveli are far away. Further, they denied to cancel booking though intimated 48hours/72 hours ahead and charged the full amount though not stayed. Even they charged 1200+ for transportation from airport to hotel though they earlier informed it as 1150/-. Not recommended.

Akshat Niwas is a fabulous hotel with very good and spacy restaurant. The food is too tasty at reasonable price. The hotel is located in the best area of Udaipur.|It's said that "Food tastes better when you eat it with your family."

I visited Udaipur with my family and we decided to stay in this small hotel and our decision was absolutely right.The service provided was awesome. My parents enjoyed it a lot. They were more than happy.||||It's small hotel with best service.

I had planned a trip toUdaipur for my family.||The hotel is Small but Excellent,staff is always ready to help.The breakfast was too good The location of hotel is perfect for tourist.most of the sight seen places are nearby.Its a great place ||Its a best to have reasonable rate food of awesome quality.
