Tripli Hotels Shiv Villas

I had a fantastic stay at Tripli Hotels Shiv Villas in Udaipur! The hotel is located very close to the City Palace, which made sightseeing super convenient. The rooms were spotless, and the lighting was really impressive, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful, and the receptionist, in particular, went above and beyond. I accidentally left my sunglasses behind, and he kindly called me to let me know, offering to ship them back to me. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommend this place – 10/10!

Booked suite for 3 nights, location is very good as everything is in walkable distance. The rooms were good, spacious, and clean. Hotel staff provide water bottles, coffee and tea bags, bath and shampoo daily. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and a small swimming pool with a beautiful view of the City Palace. The hotel staff is supportive and kind.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible and very rude, they don't have any manners to talk with the guest even the owner....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with friends and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality service are worst they don't see even provide you plates also the lift facility is so poor,they stopped in between and people will stick there only for hours. *Not recommend to anyone ever*

This hotel is very pathetic.. If you are looking to stay as a family. They are very rude. Not even cooperative to give you a plate in your room. Totally unhingenic toilet. Lift in the worst condition. The manager and staff will not even listen to a single word. I will personally recommend avoiding this hotel for saty...

Had a great experience, staff is really good and polite, location of the hotel is spot on... everything is close-by, especially city palace. Had a great time.

Everything was good , food , service was very nice. Since we were travelling with our infant , we had some extra needs for the child and the staff was very cooperative. There are few things which needs to be worked on- Bathrooms need to be cleaner , swimming pool also could be a little cleaner. All over the experience was very good.

Everything is very bad lift is not working, food is very very baad, no cutlery is provided , bathroom is not clean, no hospitality is served, no is available is to listen. Very are taking very un professionally. Swiming pool is not clean. Over all very bad experience in this particular hotel. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay.

Rooms are average but management is not so good.pool is so dirty they don't even change the water city palace View from hotel is awesome but if you are going for staycation so it's not for you. If you're going for 1-2 day trip then I would suggest stay in hostels (for cost friendly)or resorts(better quality)
