From up there, you get a breathtaking panoramic view of the city, with clear sights of all the major landmarks and attractions—it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset or simply enjoy the scenery. The staff here truly made our stay unforgettable. They were not only extremely helpful and attentive, but also genuinely sweet, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was when they allowed us to stay on the rooftop even after it had officially closed for the night, letting us soak in the beauty of the city at our own pace. This level of care and hospitality really added a special touch to our experience.

I recently stayed at the red pier and had an exceptional experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a beautiful view. The hotel’s location is perfect, making it easy to explore the local attractions, and their amenities, like the pool and spa, were top-notch. Breakfast was a highlight every morning, with a wide range of delicious options. Overall, the red pier exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back And specially I love the nature of Vinod uncle

Great location! Very central and easy to walk around the old city but I wouldn’t recommend booking here until renovations are over. ||Attention to detail on cleaning could be improved, many stains in clean towels, sheets, on couch, chairs etc. ||The only accessible levels were the pool and the first and second floors as they were undergoing renovations. We called directly and asked reception to match a discounted price which was a fraction of what it’s going for online. I would not be satisfied if I had paid full price - lots of construction, rooftop levels all closed.||Power cut out now and then but they have a back up generator (the smell of fuel wafts into the rooms when it is on). ||Very walkable location close to shops and restaurants and tourist attractions.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many great restaurants and attractions. We also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail, from the fresh flowers in the lobby to the complimentary water bottles in our room.

Hotel is being renovated. It smells bad. Mattresses and bed sheets were smelly. Breakfast was ridiculously bad. We stayed at presidential suite, though breakfast wasn’t included in stay🤣, had to pay extra for pathetic breakfast. Two small water bottles (450ml) were given in room. After paying 13k for suite, we had to pay extra for water bottles. Hot water was not coming in bathroom in morning. They called us at 10am to check out. Who checks out at 10am?? Pathetic experience.

This hotel is very nice. Amazing staff, they are very helpful. A comfortable stay. Also the location is good and nearby to bagore ki haveli and Jagdish temple. Their breakfast is good, but just needs few more options to choose from. But the overall experience was good

I stayed in an executive room and the experience was amazing. The rooms were ac and the washrooms very well done. The service was awesome and the staff listened to us on each step. I want to call out Hemant as he listened to our issues during check in and was readily available for help. All in all thanks for a relaxing and wonderful stay.
