Location of the hotel is good, many things on walkable distance. Manager helped us for early checkin at around 4 AM without extra charge. Staff was also seemed very helpful. And also get to meet the owner of the property, he seems to be a good man. But we didn't like the rooms. Bedsheets were not properly cleaned. Fan regulator was faulty, either the fan was running on full speed or off. AC remote provided was of different company, which obviously was not able to operate the AC. And the noise from the street! We changed the hotel first thing in the morning. We booked the hotel for 1200. And have paid 2500 as advance. We requested the manager for refund for the next day, which he humbly denied.

*Check the bathroom first before booking* I don't like the room and the ambience of the hotel. It's way more dusty and dirty than the photos provided when I booked a room. I also face a theft incident but because I don't have any clue i am not claiming for it. In just 1 day i had to transfer a room 3 times on a staff request. However all the room's bathrooms are in very bad condition, too much bad smelling, not even flushed.

This is really awesome we have enjoyed alot and the . Beautiful view from hotel.We had a lovely 4night stay at the padam palace with friends.Service is also best.The staff at the hotel was fabulous. Everyone was very professional, cheerful and helpful. They were determined to make sure our stay was enjoyable and all our needs were met. The food buffet was delicious with many options. The location of the hotel in the center was convenient to everything. All the attractions we wanted to see were no more than a 15 minute walk away. Highly recommend....... :-

Had a wonderful experience at the hotel. I went there with my friends for business trip. The staff was amazing. Services were good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The view at the rooftop was beautiful and food was awesome. The owner of the hotel was good in nature and helpful. His management was too good and he treat every costumer very nicely. I highly recommend this hotel for sure.

If you want to find a home in Udaipur do visit here. I visited here with my friends for a vacation and had a fabulous time here. I am satisfied with the hospitality and services they offer. Manager is quite down to earth and serves us as a family member. The environment is like home. Beautiful city palace can be witnessed from its rooftop which adds a great beauty to its infrastructure. I’ll love to visit again.

At the heart of Udaipur old city, this is a wonderful stay at budget price. A beautiful view of City Palace rooftop. Beautiful ❤️ vibes with live music in the evening events and loved the food they served us. Overall my experience was fabulous, I would love to visit again and recommend others again.

At the heart of Udaipur old city, this is a wonderful stay at budget price. A beautiful view of City Palace from rooms and rooftop. Good vibes with live music in the evening at rooftop resturant. Owner and staff are hospitable with quick service. All tourist attractions are at good distance and can be reached within max 30 minutes. Lots of local eatery, cafe, restaurants are at walking distance.

I frequently come in udaipur and stay thrice time in hotel. It's so safe for family. Good scenery of City palace on low price there is so many facilities with quick good response. Also staff of this hotel is so gorgeous and so social.
