The highlight for us was undoubtedly the pool—it was pristine, inviting, and almost impossible to resist. I recently stayed for two days in this property and had a wonderful experience in terms of hospitality, quality of room and staff curtsey. Jeevan Singh ji and Manju Meena ji and Virendra sir gave my family a very customized treatment. Got some additional complementary food options too. Recommend this property to everyone visiting Udaipur.

We stayed for 3 nights for family trip to Udaipur. Excellent hospitality..from service to Food ,room cleanliness, staff cooperation, all was superb, overall it was very pleasant stay, everynight they have rajashthani musical show which gives as peaceful end to the day. I would again like to come to this resort.||Special thanks to staff Manju, Jeevan Singh, Aditi Madam who gave very good service.

The place is a complete disaster. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unbelievably rude—no greetings, no smiles, just a bunch of annoyed faces. The place was filthy, with trash lying around and no effort at cleanliness anywhere. To top it off, I had to wait forever for any kind of assistance, and when I finally did get someone’s attention, they were dismissive and unhelpful. The game room was a joke. So many items were missing, and half the things that were there didn’t even work. It felt like nobody cared to keep the place in order. I can’t believe I paid to experience such poor service and facilities. Would not recommend it to anyone—save your time and money! I had to move to some other resort because of poor services despite booking in advance.

Food taste is really awesome. And their on prompt is really good.We are pleased with their overall hospitality Rooms are with pool view, clean and specious, well accommodative for family. Staff is really well trained and humble ready with prompt service. We are pleased with staff (Ms. Aditi, Ms. Manju, Mr. jeevan etc.) Overall a very good option to stay in Udaipur for your memorable family outings.

The property is new hence seems maintained. Housekeeping is good. Service attentiveness is bad. We stayed in 2 of the turban property and the more economical option of valley view was better service inspite of heavy crowd. The staff here seemed too aloof, less friendly and acted pricey. Again any of these property are good to group booking crowd rather than single family staying. They pay more attention there and make more exceptions for them. Now to why I gave 1 star...on last night we found a dead mosquito in pulao. No insect repellent was in place and their reason was that it came from their terrace kitchen.
