Hotel O Sector 14 formerly Saniya

The worst place I’ve stayed ever. 1. The wifi was not working 2. Room was not clean and extremely dirty. 3. They turn off AC, some how idk, very often and we have to call them ask them to turn it on every time and it was so frustrating. 4. The room was nothing like shown in the pictures. 5. Toilets were the worst. The only wrong thing happened on this trip was booking this Hotel.

It was an nice experience staying there. Really pleasant and clean rooms, the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff..... "All of the people are incredibly helpful". If you want a location nearby city, pick the Hotel Saniya. I would recommend this place to hold.

Extremely bad and dirty rooms. The kind of images shown in picture is fake and the staff is very ignorant. The bed linen were all dirty, the tv doesn't work, no clean drinking water, no amenities provided in room and the ac either kept switching off or spitting ice. We booked two rooms and both were same. Having being travelled with one's parents, this was an extremely bad experience for them in particular. Don't book this.

I had an awful experience at this hotel, and it was nothing like what was shown on Goibibo. Despite informing the staff about our late arrival, my wife and I were left waiting outside the hotel around 1 AM with no assistance or communication from them. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The listing mentioned complimentary breakfast, but the staff denied having any breakfast service, which was incredibly frustrating. To make things worse, the hotel name on Goibibo was different from the actual hotel name, adding confusion. The room itself was poorly maintained – even the bathroom was not cleaned properly, which was very unhygienic and unpleasant. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at any hotel, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
