ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND INEXCUSABLE! This so-called “3- star hotel” is an absolute disgrace. Dirty, contaminated water was pouring out of the bathroom tap, making it impossible to take a bath. The water was filthy and smelled horrible—completely unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one that claims to be luxurious. What’s even worse? The reception staff’s attitude was shameful. After reporting this disgusting issue, they made no effort to resolve it and didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge their fault. Instead, they left me waiting for hours without a single update or solution. Their lack of professionalism and accountability is outrageous. For a hotel of this supposed standard, failing to provide something as basic as CLEAN WATER is utterly inexcusable. This experience was not just inconvenient but utterly revolting. If you value your health, sanity, or money, stay as far away from this place as possible. The management clearly doesn’t care about their guests, their reputation, or basic hygiene.

We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful stay in this hotel with my family.I strongly recommend to experience this beautiful ambience with your loved ones. Breakfast was very delicious.Thanks to whole hotel staff for their services.

The stay was really nice, the staff and everything, every amenity listed was provided. Pawan assisted through everything even additional requests, overall the hotel experience was more than worth it. Will definitely book the hotel again when I come back

I often don't review hotels but I had to for this one. Based on shobhagpura circle, this property can easily compete with top 5 star hotels in the city. Incredible hospitality and amenities. true value for money.

One of the Best Hotel in udaipur. Best within Budget. Tasty Breakfast. Rooms are very clean. Mountain view rooms. Hotel with big park area & Swimming pool. Love this Hotel. Hotel staff are very well behavioured. Specially Prem, Sachin & other housekeeping Staff.
