Hotel Gokul Palace

I never ever suggest this hotel. The behaviour of the night front office person is so rude no manner how to talk with coustomer. They should higher at least a educate person who can work and talk with manners. Nonsense person I think he doesnt even studied class one . My only suggestion is those who read this review please please no one should go to this property. After all ur first impressions is ur last impression

I didn't recommended this hotel to anyone very very bad.. 1.counter staff behavior is very rude his voice tone is very wrong while talking. 2.room is OK but there are no air ventilation. 3.no inverter all night lights disturbing I can't sleep very bad experience I come with family. 4.tea is very bad and too costly. 5.feel cheated no AC when we talk. 6.feeling very bad and tired all night noise and disturbance around hotel. 7.only small soap given no towel anything facility. 8.avoid this hotel gokul hotel near busstand. 9.bathroom shower not working,.

Worst hotel. Don't ever stay, if your are offered free stay also. No facilities. Only one small soap is given first day, that's it. Not a shampoo Sachet provided, the towel was also not provided, the beds were dirty, the bedsheets were very too dirty, no service. Parking space is too congested. My Honda city was dashed by unknown when parked in the night. Very bad experience.

Good staff behaviour You can stay at center of city Room charges @600 starting for normal room. Food is very costly in gokul restaurant. I prefer go to Gokul thal fir lunch .

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in!||||Their bathroom/toilet have really strong unpleasant smell – it smelt like a PUBLIC TOILET. I mean, the whole room did LITERALLY STUNK!||||They have TV in their room, but none of their Hindi TV channels works as they have not subscribed any of the paid channels, I mean not even for few PAISAS channels. So all you can watch is few religious channels or the channels with the regional languages which you don’t understand. ||||Their hot water system doesn’t support the facility. So their staff have to keep giving you buckets of hot water in the morning – such an inconvenience. ||||Their location is right on the main road, so it is DAMN noisy. You keep hearing the traffic and horns throughout the day till late in night. ||||Staff’s attitude is fake and not interested in helping you at all. All they are interested is upselling – tea/coffee in rooms, guide service to tourists etc. ||||Please beware of this place as it is not a hotel but more like a local Dharmashala. ||||Would never go there again!

Best hospitality. Staff behaviour is very nice (specially - Dadu bhaiya) Affordable price. Walkable distance for Lake Pichola from here .

Cleaning is good, old renovated rooms, Washroom need to be updated required. As per price range is satisfactory.

Worst place, please don't go there they will charge u more money then decided. Rooms are not safe u will find bugs. Worst place in this price range
