Sita Royal Lakside Chalet

Very poor, staff coordination we have paid 12 k for breakfast and dinner , even simple RO water not available in room , reception person also so arrogant thay don't know how to escalate check in , we have check in used room even AC not working, washroom not cleaned. They called early morning for room check out.

Location perfect,Clean Room,Staff Too Good,Maintain 100% all is Good But Please Please ask before staying or take a room they provide breakfast as per the Room if they have more people in room in all hotels then they give you Proper Breakfast otherwise they treat you like you are not Valuable for them and if you take extra Water or Else please ask the Rate first …I’m stay in 402 and purchase 2 cups ice cream 🍨 on 7june 2025 nights they charge *315* rupees for that ….Horrible 😕

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sita Royal Lakeside Chalet for a weekend getaway, and it was an incredibly relaxing and memorable experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests we had during the stay were handled promptly. The chalet-style rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with wooden interiors that give a cozy and luxurious feel.

Terrible management. They allow extremely loud terrace parties late at night (1am). We’ve complained multiple times, but no action has been taken. Not recommended for anyone who values peace and decency.

Stayed here for a holiday and had one of the best experiences in Udaipur. Also it is nearby (walking distance) from Fateh Sagar and saheliyon ki bari so this is the one more good thing about the property. Must visit and stay for the family and friends.

I would have given them 0 star if it was possible. Very horrible experience. We walked in and got a room on our preferred floor the room was not ready on time as told and when it was ready and when we moved in we were requested by them to move to other floor and room due to a request by family which we agreed for the sake of that family. But no courtesy was shown by the person present there and no service was provided at all. We had to ask 1000 times for towel only. Fridge was not working. The next day they called us and said that Breakfast is ready and U should have it on which we confirmed whether the breakfast was included or not on that they confirmed yes. But while having breakfast in the middle we were asked to not have breakfast by saying that it was not included. The person named Vimal is a scammer.
