Rooms And Staff Are Pretty Awesome And They Are Purely Polite And Good Respectively Manner Behaviour, Room Prices Are Also Very Very Budget Friendly, I Suggest You Guys For Long Stays And Shorts I Would Prefer This Hotel Itself Because Comparing To Some Hotels In Gangtok. SO Guys If You Are Planning To Sikkim So After Reaching Gangtok You Can Directly Stay At This Hotel. Mainly For M.G Marg Mall Road Is Very Near Walkable Distance.

I got this hotel at a cheap price on Goibibo. At that price I couldn't have asked for more. It's a 2 star hotel with clean rooms and a few amenities. It boasts of having a WiFi but it hardly was available and whenever it was there, the speed was not very great. There was a functional geyser, so hot water was 24*7 available. Food was good, mostly Bengali style, however the options are limited. The service was very good and mostly prompt. Overall it is a decent hotel if you get it for cheaper price.

I would not recommend this place at all unless you are on a very tight budget. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms were very small and not maintained at all. No amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels were provided. There was no room service available as there was no one whom we could order food.

Firstly the cons because this hotel has quite a few pro's. cons: 1. no heater provided, or available (our ground floor room got pretty cold at night) 2. housekeeping was not offered (maybe that was on demand too) 3. the free WiFi didn't reach out room at all, only the reception area was well covered, even then, the was no bandwidth to use the internet. Now the pro's of course: the room was large, spacious. and clean. The bed sheets were clean and the blankets were soft, comfortable and clean. The washroom was clean as well. They provided pocket shall and towel. Warm drinking water was also available on demand. Overall, for the price it was a great deal for us. So, recommended. I've also posted this review on Goibibo from where I booked this hotel. They charged us around 500 per night in mid-February.

One of finiest hotel i ever stay. Every corner was neat and clean. I feel like home. All the facilities were there. The hotel owner Jishu was so helpful and charming guy,always instruct and support during tour time. And the manager name Nithai Da was very kind, well-behaved and helpfull person. Really enjoyed the time.

It was a worst experience. I booked it for 960 rs and call him to confirm the booking. He told me ok come. When I reached there he ignored to give me room on that price, instead he ask 1300 rs. It was a nightmare. I suggest everyone not to go this hotel.
