Had a wonderful stay at The Atrium Hotel in Gangtok. The staff and management were extremely courteous and always ready to help, making our experience smooth and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and well-maintained—perfect for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. One of the best things about the hotel is its location—right in the heart of the city with easy access to nearby marketplaces and attractions. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gangtok!

Full marks for the hotel's location, especially in terms of easy access to MG Road. If you're looking to explore the MG Road area, this could be a great option for you. I ordered dinner here and really enjoyed my meal, the spiciness and flavor were just right. However, the breakfast options were quite limited.

We had stayed at The Atrium, Gangtok for 2 days. We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the property and it truly exceeded all my expectations! The service was top-notch - the staff were warm, welcoming, and always eager to assist. A special mention to Shuvra, Anisha Subba, Sapna Chettri, Pooja Trikhatri, Rajendra kumar Gupta, Chugel lepcha and Kushal Gurung. They are more than great at their jobs - thank you. The suite itself was excellent - spacious and very well maintained. The balcony is the best part of it. You can spend your whole day sitting at the balcony and enjoy the veiw. There are a variety of items for breakfast and the food is also very tasty. Overall the location, service and the hotel itself was great. I had the best time here thank you so much! If you're looking for a relaxing stay in Gangtok, go ahead and book The Atrium. I highly recommend it! 🤗

Amazing location, MG Market was just a minute away. I stayed in a deluxe room. The rooms were clean and the food was good. The staff were really helpful, Special thanks to the manager Mr Rajendra making my stay wonderful.

Excellent hotel to stay solo as a business traveller or with family. New property on excellent prime location MG Marg. The front office manager Mr. Rahul is excellent in client dealings. Liked the property the most. The founder of the hotel is Mr.Aman Gupta who is very keen to give comforts to the clients. Food quality is excellent. Room service is prompt & strongly recommend to stay in this hotel while visiting Gangtok. The front office manager Mr. Rahul is particular to see smile in the face of the clients visiting to the hotel.

We stayed at The Atrium Hotel Gangtok, for a week in March 2025 and our stay was very comfortable. The staff took utmost care and made sure that we had a pleasant stay. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. There is 24/7 hot water. The owner of the Hotel, Mr Ankit was also very kind enough to upgrade us free of cost to a Suite room for the last 2 days of our stay. The food overall was quite good with few instances here and there which were immediately rectified by the staff. Would once again like to thank the entire staff and security at Atrium, Mr Ankit, Rahul Kumar, Phurba, Prajwal, Abhishek, Chef Ravindra and Shubro. Sorry if I have missed out on any names. Thanks

I stayed for 2 days in Atrium for an official tour . The hospitality and service of this hotel is excellent, more over the food quality is too good. I have stayed others so many hotels in Gangtok but experience wise this is the best. Also location wise the hotel is best for those who are willing to stay nearer to MG Road.
