Hotel Hill Touch

Not good as a hotel..stay is poor..nil ambience and nil facilities. Walls seem to have seepage. Washroom is cramped and so are the rooms. There is a prevalent stink around. Basic needs are not met and overall satisfaction in terms of stay is below average. The dining area is in dire need of a revamp plus you cant have your meals in your rooms. The only good things are the friendly staff and the homely preparation of food. But how long can you keep having rice!!!!

This is just a decent place to stay when you're on a budget. The rooms are quite small at least the double bed rooms and the lighting in the room is quite weird and dim. There is also no view from the hotel. There's no perfect dining space, and you mostly have to eat on the common sofa or in your room if you're planning to dine at the hotel. However the manager is nice and also the care takers. They do manage your trips and sightseeing. The MG Market is almost 10mins from the hotel (downhill) so it might take more than 10mins and may be tiring for aged people to walk up to the hotel so be careful with that. It is fine if you're a bag packer or you're going with friends on a budget, because you do get hot water and the rooms are clean.

Worst Hotel. U can't even call it a hotel Worst facilities Staff doesn't respond properly. U will face a lot of problems if staying there. Worst bed quality, quint(blanket) was not warm enough. We booked for 6 people only 1 towel provided. Only 3 glasses provided. Plus we got that hotel via a toir planner in NJP and he didn't informed us about all these. He said its nice but it Isn't. Don't stay here

We didn't even thought about this hotel. Its not even qualify to be called as hotel. Bad Service, No Lifts even building is 7 storey. Very much Packed usually seems to be build in very less area. No open spaces. And Stinky smells comes almost all the times. No Slippers will be provided to you and even the floor is all time wet due to low grade mat. Actually we friends booked all services of Gangtok from Siliguri by an Tours and Travels Agent near Junction. We discussed and satisfied by him that we will get the best hotel as we looking for. Even his Amount was expensive. Throughout the Journey, Problems we faced was only Fooding and Accommodation, which we were Cheated by them. During the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner they only serves Non Veg. Which no one will prefer if they have to travel on hills. Amount of all were already finalised. So doesn't matters we have dinner or lunch on that hotel or not, we have to be Paid. But yes the Best part was Travel, we got the best car and a driver. The cab driver was so Gentle and Good. So Book the Hotels after 100 per cent confirmation. And Yes Never Ever Trust Those Silly TRAVEL AGENTS who loots you and defame the state name.

Fair hotel ...I want to give one suggestion if you want to come there.... first of all come here and visit many hotel then stay in any hotel because here price is around to 5 hundred to 7 thousands so keep in mind .you can froud .in some minutes so ...get suggestions to any local.

Too much pour and bad hotel. No timely sarvice any thing. Have not any water drinking or bathroom, or no room sarvice men come to help you. And hotel maneger or his stuffs behave with castomar very bad. Me will not visit again this hotel.

I felt tired because of the stairs ... Rooms are quite small but all are very clean ... Been there for 4 days ... Room service is good ... Also response from the management is very good ...
