Hotel is avarage n staffs r polite too.not bad at all.bt the one staff in reception is so cheap..he used to take your phone from you , conect their own wifi(though we haven't got any wifi facility while we were staying there),and giving the review from your ID at their own.its just ridiculous and should not done with any guest..

Next time i do not book room here. Worst food i ever tasted. Food price is very high but no quality. Chilli chicken ordered they given just bones with cornflower gravy of so many chillies. Very cheap behavior. Very bad payment system. The Room was not bad but suddenly hot water in bathroom stopped. no facilities, no hospitality, no lift. No room service, it was not so bad experience but not good also.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to MG Road. There are many shops and restaurants near the hotel. We had taken a family room which was spacious and well maintained. The only problem was, the room was on the 4th floor and there was no lift. We had a pleasant stay, the staff was helpful.

Hotel room was good but the owner behaviour was just like hell he does not know how to respect his customer he just behave like we are staying for free over there you all can gets a lot of hotels in all over sikkim but do not book this hotel

The rooms are great. Its extremely spacious and clean. It is not just a room with a bed and a tv hanging on the wall, it has proper wooden flooring, wall paneling, a spacious cupboard with a mirror, tables and chairs to properly seat yourself and eat. The bathroom is properly cleaned, and is equipped with proper fittings and whatever you need, may it be geyser, faucets, telephone showers or a shower. The staff service is great, very welcoming and helpful. MG road is just a km walking distance. Enjoy your evening with meals from good cafes in the area as well which are within walking distance of the hotel. Food prices are economical and quite pleasing to your palate
