The Cosmos Hotel

Very nice and comfy room. Enough sized clean bathroom with hot water every time. Delicious buffet breakfast provided with great view from the dining room. We didn't get a chance to have main course but the menu was elaborate. Usually not available but if you find it, definitely go for it. It's at 5 minutes walk from MG Marg but some shortcuts through stairs take a minute or less to reach. Lift available till 4th floor but for the dining room, you need to take 2 additional flight of stairs. Directly booked through their reservation desk. Bibechna was immensely helpful. She made sure the best room available was provided. As a suggestion to improve, please provide cloth hooks in the bathroom.

Great experience here. A budget friendly Hotel , which had made sure to give every essential need a traveler needs. we liked the buffet breakfast spread. Special thanks to assets Gautam ( Hotel General Manager) who had been very very supportive and patient listners. Other staff were also very cooperative. Wish the team of Q Saina Cosmos to give their best to all Guests.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely cooperative and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Overall, a great experience—highly recommended!

I liked The Cosmos Hotel for its central location. We could step out and explore MG Marg easily, and the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. special thanks to mr. Aakash !

This was a nightmare for the entire family worst experience ever. Hotel doesn't have enough clean bed sheet to support. It neither have clean bed runner nor clean bathrooms. Even after lot of discussion with team there we get negative response from them about bed sheet change and curtains change no body bother to check comfortability of customer. Apart from this it is not good for women as Manager always try to peep into women room and when ever men is not there come to room for discussion. One major reason why it is not recommended by me on women safety as almost whole staff drink in the night in hotel. ||Moreover food in their restaurant seems to fine in afternoon but pathetic at night.||I would not recommended this hotel for family.

Worst hotel ever. The manager was drunk during the service time. The food served to us was not at all good. The linens were not changed daily and the ones kept in the room were already used. The door mat was very dirty. The manager was very rude. I would rather prefer to sleep on footpath than to sleep in this hotel. Not recommended to anyone from any point of view.

We had a fantastic stay ! The location was perfect, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. However, the noise levels were a bit high in the evening, so I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper

If there were 0 stars I would have given that. The bedding was very very dirty. There were foot prints on the comforters.... very dirty pillow covers and the most disturbing part was that the manager. He clearly refused to acknowledge the issue and on top of that he was gaslighting that the sheets were freshly cleaned. I have stayed at qsaina Darjeeling and it was far better than gangtok. The only shining armour in the dark was the restaurant which was a bit better.
