Ginger Gangtok, Bojoghari

We visited Pelling, Gangtok and Natu la. As beautiful as Sikkim is (North Sikkim for next time), what added to the awesomeness of trip was Mr. Tenzing Norbu (6296220035), who manages the travel desk at Ginger Hotel, Gangtok. We got all the road travells arranged by him. He planned the things really well and with the great team he has, the execution was also perfect. He personally looks after all the arrangements and was in touch with us the whole time. Even if you are not staying at Ginger, he will still help you with the travel. I am very thankful to him for his contribution to make my trip a really memorable one. All the Best Mr. Tenzing, it was indeed a pleasure meeting you 🙂

It was amazing stay and hospitality at it's best.Special thanks to Mr.Pritam, Mr.Debjyoti,Mr.Raja,Ms.Menuka,Ms.Vimal ,Ms.Sunita Ms Ramni and Mr.Rituraj for taking care of us during of our lunch and dinner time.My recommendation to try Chinese items special thanks to Chief Mr.Suraj Mr.Surindar ,Mr.Sandip Mr.Nikhil and Mr.Prem for their food|All of above personals are truly professional and always serving and helping guests with smile.|I wish to meet all of them during my next trip.||Thank you all for your lovely hospitality.||Wish you meet again....

The quality food and service has scope to improve vastly. Right now they lack variety, taste and service quality. Ginger hotel management needs to focus on training their chefs, bring in innovation and improve services. Our experience was disappointing.

Very good hotel with good view I loved the food dinner was very good all the staff were very professional,excellent and helpful specially Roshni from fronk desk.The checked in checked out was not taking time.Thank you ginger Gangtok team for the excellent services

Amazing view from the valley view rooms, but check on call before making any booking that the room you are confirming is a valley view room, staff seems to be new and hence fed us wrong information and we landed up staying one day in a non view room..but Assitant manager is really helpful..he promptly helped us get the desired room. Food is real good, service is a bit slow..but might be coz of peak season at that time...!

The room service and food quality definitely need improvement. Additionally, the distance from the city center and the inconvenience of not being able to control the room AC independently can be frustrating. It's concerning that the air conditioner can be switched off without consideration for guests, especially at night. The consistently waterlogged bathrooms and malfunctioning intercom only add to the dissatisfaction. I will never opt for this hotel ever.

We had recently been to Gangtok and we had booked Ginger hotel for our stay. The hotel stands on a picturesque landscape and the view from the room in the morning truly calms the mind. The rooms are clean, tidy and quite spacious. The asset of the hotel is the staff. They are extremely cordial people who are always ready to serve their guests with a smile on their faces. The hotel serves really good food in terms of taste, quality and quantity. If you are planning a trip to Gangtok and looking for a hotel which is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, then you can definitely go for Ginger Hotel and you will not regret it.
