Mendang Residency

Our stay at this property was beautiful. The surroundings and the view was simply breathtaking.😍 Also, the food items were tasty and good! I would highly recommend this place to everyone who are planning to visit Gangtok! Overall, we have a lovely experience here! The staffs are also very polite and welcoming 🤗

Best Heal facing Hotel. Rooms, washroom, Services all are very good. How can i forget about food? Foods are awesome. Gangtok's best hotel in my eyes.

Stayed during Puja holidays. Not willing to give 1 star. Hospitality very poor. Food quality and quantity are not satisfactory. Rooms not getting cleaned on regular intervals. No senior staffs are there. Staffs are not trained . Hence interaction with guests are not pleasant.

Today we checked out.The hotel is mediocre. It is definitely not 5 star rating. The rooms are spacious but rooms are not cleaned by room service. After three to four reminders the water was provided. The staffs were not very cordial. They didn't even helped with the luggage when we were checking out. Although food was good yet they were reluctant to serve little more. Food, tea was cold.

I am Not willing to Rate one Star also for this Place... Very Poor Services. No Internet no TV no Fridge Nothing Is working but we need to pay Full Amount for the Room... And they are Treating people very Badly don't know wheather we are from Southern part and always Making fun of us when we are around The Reception area...Very Poor Management and staffs here to be Taught what is Hospitality... totally unhappy and felt Disgrace. Especially people from South pls don't visit here...

The hotel has provided amazing service. All the staff behaviour is very polite and well mannered. The rooms are well maintained and hygienic. Moreover , the view from the hotel is too good. Location is a bit far from the main market and the area is a little remote. Quality of food provided is good and apt for hilly regions.However, highly satisfied with the experience 😃😊.Highly recommended! Warm wishes and regards for the coming days🌷♥️.

I recently stayed at Mendang Residency and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious and offered stunning views of the mountains. The staff was not only amazing but also incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was absolutely stunning and easily some of the best I've ever had. Overall, my stay was nothing short of wonderful, and I highly recommend Beautiful Hotel for anyone looking for a memorable experience.
