This is the best hotel in Sikkim, the food was very tasty, the room service was also very good and the room was also very clean and spacious and comfortable. The hotel view is also very nice and the hotel is at a very quiet place. The behavior of the members here is the best for there customers they Treat them like a family member. You all should come to this hotel, it is the best hotel 💓

worst experience service - 0 toiletaries -0 staff behaviour -0 food availablity -0 if u want to stay well better to go for another property they dont have enuf staff to attend . even they are too rude to talk they shud improve their hotel management first thn go for bookings hope this will helpu guys

We stayed twice on our Sikkim trip; the first day was in a room with a view, and overall the experience was good. The second time we got a regular room, and this time the experience was very bad. The bedsheet and pillow covers were used and smelled bad. They changed pillows after we informed them, but they denied changing the bedsheet, and our tour operator found a different hotel just because these people denied changing the bedsheet. Food was avaerage

Very bad experience 👎, very bad service ..no change of blanks towel bedsheet in three days of stay. Limited number of toiletary given. Food was bad. Shouldn't book if you want a pleasant stay.

This hotel is the worst one...the staff was useless...they don't know how to talk with guests..rooms were in worst condition..service was terrible and poor..they charge for everything if it is included in your package...I will suggest to all the people plz don't book this hotel for stay otherwise you have to suffer..

If you are going to visit sikkim then I must say you have to book this hotel it is nearby mg marg 1.2 km. Because in mg marg hotels they are costly and noisy but here you can stay at cheap rates room are awesome and views are quite good. Hotels staffs are so polite and here you can order food in and in your demand they will cooked too. So i must say stay here. Thank you guys my family were so happy in holiday vacation.
