Very nice room, hotel situated near to mall road... Very good staff.. We had buffet breakfast and that was very good. Cooperative and good staff.

Hotel Kisa Retreat-Gangtok is very wonderful. The food and hospitality is great. Lots of variety in breakfast and dinner. Best quality of food and taste also. The staff members are kind and delightful. Cleanliness of hotel rooms and premises are remarkable. Nice and "Paisa vasul" stay for vegetarian tourists.

Me and my family journey with Kisa Retreat @ Chandmari, Gangtok was only for a few days and we noticed that the hotel, hotel room and the staff members were literally so awesome that can't be expressed in words. The Receptionist/team leader 'Tashi' and her crew was so polite, humble and informative with so much of kindness to their tourists who come to Gangtok for a tour. Me and my family sincerely post this review with lots of memories spent in the hotel w r.t. food, ambience, utilities etc. We give excellent (5/5) review for this hotel located @ Chandmari but sorry to say that it is located so inside (remotely) to the main road were anyone shall go unnoticed and my request is to all who view this review to definitely check into this hotel and feel the experience of this retreat with Madam Tashi and her crew.

Hotel Kisa Retreat, Gangtok is a genuine veg hotel, serving variety of dishes in breakfast and dinner. The staff here is polite and co-operative. Hotel premises are modern and clean. Best for vegetarian tourists who are looking for tasty quality food.

The services are excellent. Special thanks to Dechen & Chef Tanzeng for the excellent services. The location is a little away from the market, however there's a taxi stand right outside and its worth the money. The owner has been quite kind to us, considering, hotels dont have fans or ACs here, they managed to get us one right after we asked for. The food was customized for us since we are Jain. Thanks for the amazing services.

A wonderful place to stay with beautiful ambience and timely service. The staff are friendly and nice. They made sure we had a comfortable stay. Rooms are well maintained. Food was amazing with a lot of variety.

Enjoyed trip, thanks to very caring hotel manager[Tashi]and her team. Homely environment and hospitality provided during stay at hotel . Enjoyed delicious food offered, well guided to team by her [Tashi] serving guest with discipline and always ready for helping tourist with positive attitude. The best experience ever, thanks. Kisa retreat is really a treat for tourist specially for vegetarian s. Well mannered &humble staff are the icing on the cake. Specially Dechin, is a persona who creates an aura of joy &confidence of safety. Highly recommend.
