Review: Gangtok Peacock Hotel - Fraudulent and Horrible Experience Firstly, it was a complete fraud. At the time of booking, they showed a category room with mountain views and added many services like TV, housekeeping, and a geyser. However, during check-in, their true colors were revealed. They offered a normal category room without the promised mountain views and demanded extra charges as per the voucher. I faced harassment and had to wait up to 2 hours for check-in; they did not honor the hotel voucher timing. Even after complaining to Goibibo customer care, I was exhausted and eventually given a partially mountain-view room without TV or WiFi. The geyser was also not working. Overall, my experience was terrible. I suggest everyone avoid booking this hotel and request Goibibo to cancel their business partnership with them.
