The staff are extremely polite and great folks. They have treated me really well. The rooms are cleaner. Geysers work all the time. No power outage and an extremely good deal anytime. The owner/caretaker is a great person. Just keep in mind to order breakfast 2 hours before hand since they take a lot of time to cook food. But other than this, I recommend it any time. Despite all the good service most people would atleast tell to give a review, but the owner was very humble. I am giving this review with 100% honesty, even when I wasn't told to leave one. If you're in gangtok and want the best hotel you can get, then palri boutique is highly recommended.

It was a Unforgettable Stay at Palri Boutique Hotel, Gangtok! The staffs are very nuce and friendly. David and Laden (staffs) were the best. Best experience in a hotel till now. We also got the opportunity to attend new year party. There we got complimentary drinks and snacks. Best experience till now. I feel that we are very lucky to be able to book this hotel. 10/10 experience.

Had a wonderful experience staying here. Good amenities like wifi, TV, etc. Perfect location for anybody looking to reach mg road or city center easily. What amazed us the most was the food service here, it's fantastic for anybody looking to explore local food options.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the reception desk staff, especially David, and the attendant, Roman. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. David went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing invaluable guidance on what to do and where to visit in the city. He even took the time to give me wake-up calls, calls for breakfast and dinner, and check on my well-being when I was feeling under the weather—his care and concern truly made a difference. The in-house restaurant is a gem, offering mouth-watering dishes, particularly the local specialties. The restaurant staff were equally friendly and attentive, making every meal a delightful experience. As a research scholar, I was in Gangtok for fieldwork, and I was incredibly fortunate to meet Mrs. Tashi, the hotel owner. Despite her busy schedule, she took the time to sit with me and share her deep knowledge about the local communities and culture of Sikkim. Our discussions felt more like conversations with an elder sister than an interview, which made the experience even more enriching. Palri Boutique Hotel is not just a place to stay—it's a place where you feel cared for, where the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable and fulfilling stay. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you're planning a trip to Gangtok, staying here will undoubtedly enhance your experience of this beautiful city. Except location it is one of the best hotel in term of fooding , spacious room, cleanliness. Difficult to reach at the hotel with tempu- traveler car. 1.5 km awaya from MG marg .you can walk or book a taxi costing 250-350 rs. View from location is not good.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay especially Mr.David and Ms Ladin.They were friendly and attentive.The quality of rooms ,food and service was 😃. We are very happy with the service.It was nice visiting here.

Nice experience we had at this hotel. This is nit a hotel we feel like a home. Everyone is friendly starting from staff to manger. Food was so yummy
