Very good in housekeeping. I'm satisfied with the services. Food is also good.hotel staff is very cooperative. Housekeeping staff Nima is very good in service. I want to visit again. I love the weather over here. I stay here approx 10 days. I can enjoy in casino also.

The room service has been excellent. They took extra care and Sumina and Samir were especially great. We would 100% recommend this place to everyone visiting Gangtok. The view was amazing along with the breakfast and service. The room cleanliness was especially very good.

We had a great time in Denzong Regency. |On a clear day , you can see then Kanchanjunga Ranges from your balcony. |This hotels checks all the boxes for a good hotel may it be location, cleanliness, buffet breakfast and most of all Hospitality. |We were impressed with the attentive and polite staff. Special metion to Puja and Nima from housekeeping team. |Keep up the good work. We will definitely like to visit again.

Love the traditional sikkimese interiors and friendly hotel staff. Although there is a lot of construction going on currently so if you are looking to go somewhere quiet, you may find the noise a little disturbing. Overall a great view but unfortunately noise is killing the vibe, right now

Wewere here for marriage party and we got really excellent service with all the F&B team special mention Pema and also prayash Rai we really enjoyed here. Good food, hospitality will again come in future with all our friends and family. Thank u team

One of the finest stays I have ever been. Stayed there for 3 nights, everything was just excellent. We arrived around 6 in the evening after a long drive, Reception gave us a warm welcome without hurrying us through the process after a tiring drive from Bagdogra of 6 hours. Provided us with a welcome drink and a small shawl. Room was spacious with balcony to sit and hangout and an amazing mountain view and also the Kanchenjuga peak early morning (visible during the months of Nov and Dec). Breakfast buffet spread was great with an extremely courteous staff, special mention to Suman, Pema and Sushma for the great service throughout at breakfast and dinner. Parking is not an issue at all. The concierge and housekeeping staff service is very warm and courteous. Clean property with excellent views and an even more amazing customer service, reception helps patientlywith your itinerary for local sightseeing and arranges cabs for the day and even outstation, close to MG road market around 1.5km from the hotel, walk or even take 50rs per person taxis rolling around every minute. Definitely staying here when I visit Gangtok again. Worth the visit!!

We have booked 4 rooms and stayed for 3 days with my entire family including one 2.5 yr old baby. The staff and people out there were quite rude especially the reception desk staff not forgetting to mention the name “Ms Anju” while clearing out the bill during your checkout they have charged baby food which they previously mentioned as complimentary and then later on they included the baby food and when we spoke to them the lady named Anju raising her voice started screaming that it’s your mistake and nothing can be done you have to pay. Paying for baby food was not an issue as we have paid 1.3 lakh total checkout bill but the hospitality given by this 5 star hotel was pathetic. They don’t know how to behave with their guests and they have only opened the hotel to charge and loot people without giving them proper hospitality and care. I would recommend to go to Mayfair. I stayed in both the places but DENZONG has worst reception desk staff and Ms Anju is the most rude and arrogant person ever seen. Please consider this review while booking otherwise your trip will add a bad memory.
