Suhim Portico Heritage Sikkim

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Suhim Portico for four days, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable from start to finish. The owner was also very gracious, taking the time to greet guests personally and make sure all their needs were met, which added a very personal touch to the overall experience. The room I stayed in was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with all the amenities I could have possibly needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had a cozy, homely feel that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The housekeeping service was excellent as well, keeping everything pristine and well-maintained throughout my stay. The service in the hotel was top-notch. The staff was always prompt and helpful, whether I needed assistance with anything in the room or recommendations for nearby places to visit. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. If I were to mention one slight downside, it would be the location. While the hotel is in a peaceful area, it's about 2 to 3 km away from MG Marg, which can be a bit of a walk or a short drive. However, this minor inconvenience was easily outweighed by the quality of the stay and the exceptional service. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality stay with wonderful service and a personal touch from the owner and staff. I would definitely stay here again!

Very warm and friendly staff, good service. Everyone was always attentive and responsive to our requests. Food is tasty and worth it. Rooms are okay, light is less. Heaters are provided. Honestly, the staff is the main selling point for this hotel.

Absolute mesmerizing stay. Rooms are clean. The food they serve is good I would not say its the best. You have lot many options for dinner and breakfast. The management needs to clean the bathroom tiles so as to gain more stars. Hot water system needs to be improved. Overall a 7.5 on 10
