The worst experience with this hotel. Please never come here. I as a foreigner have a worst experience. Their service is not proper, rooms are not clean, not much facilities of initiate service. No intercoms in the room bathrooms is ok ok but the water heater of bathroom is not so good. Most importantly the employees are so careless type and always try find a chance to get extra charges from the guests. **PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE** 🙏🙏 Take a hotel besides MG merg.

The lodge outwardly looks one can stay here but the service is not at all good..The behaviour of the staffs is just intolerable..

Worst hotel I have ever been to. I don't know what they even believe . The customer service is the worst. The don't even take care of the taps. They frauded us about Rs.3,500 by misrepresenting it with the driver. The hot water system was not working. They are faulty associated with the drivers and are frauding the customers. Scam They are.

Rooms are in very very poor condition . Staff are not cooperative at all. They are very rude I had stayed for 2 days I never saw them even smiling and they don’t manage anything and don’t even answer when we ask something . They don’t have even telephone in room it’s very hard to communicate. Won’t be visiting this again and I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Really bad. Old, dirty and rude. We got this hotel as part of a tour package and the stay, including food was part of that package. But then they charged us for the food. The rooms are really dirty, bedding and linens are stained, carpet smells, doesn't have hot water

Rooms are not up to the mark. Food is not so bad not so good. Staff behaviour is good but who was at the reception was rude. Distance from MG Marg to this place is 10 minutes in taxi. You will get better option at Gangtok at that price.
