Hotel Greenery View 3 star Standerd catagory

I would like to provide feedback on our recent stay at the hotel. While the hospitality was commendable, several aspects left much to be desired. Firstly, we paid extra for a balcony view, which did not meet our expectations. Additionally, we also opted for a complimentary breakfast package, but only received it on one day, and the quality was subpar. Regarding our room, although it was spacious, it was not clean. We encountered a broken bed and torn bedsheets, which detracted from our comfort. To top it off, we were charged an additional 200 for coffee at checkout, which felt unnecessary. Overall, our experience was disappointing, and we hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

I stayed 4 nights there.It was a wonderful experience for me.The honour of this property and maneger both are very nice and helpful person.we all there like a family.well decorated room , spacious dining and room service also superb.

One of the best hotel to spend your vacation at Gangtok, Sikkim. Staffs are humble they took care of ourselves very well. Me with my family stayed here for three nights
