Magellan's Hotel Renam - Gangtok near MG Marg

The staffs were not conducting well enough. The manager asked for the payment due just after checking in the room. The rooms do not have charging points at proper positions causing problem in charging. The chairs were broken which were provided. And the food available in the menu card are excessively highly priced

Well behaved, no management issue, food was delicious, clean , comfortable, ceiling view , evrything is good......one will have no issue if she/he book room in this hotel....✨

This hotel is luxurious Along with that the hotel service is also very good..Renam hotel all staff thank manager here is very helpful and the staff is also very helpful. Along with food and drinks, you also get all the help you need here...For me the hotel here was very good to stay. It was a new hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel, it was extremely difficult to locate as the entrance is through the mall parking area, which was not clearly mentioned. Despite repeatedly reporting the lack of water, neither the hotel owner nor the caretaker took any action to resolve the issue. If you're considering booking this hotel, think very carefully before making your decision.

- This hotel is located in a very good spot near West Point mall and it is easy to access. - Rooms are very nice and have all the facilities. - Their personalized service makes it a memorable stay. - I highly recommend Hotel Renam to anyone visiting Gangtok.
