Excellent behavior, the manager is Bengali. the rooms we had were excellent, road facing. Cost is friendly. the main point is the location, just in front of the taxi stand, and 100 mts from SNT. Somehow, the service was not satisfactory completely

Very good hotel to stay. Specially behaviour from 3 boy Suroj, Niraj, Anand was outstanding. I would recommend everyone to stay here and enjoy your trip. Also location is at MG Marg market. Good rooms, outstanding service by that 3 boys. Thank you Adorable LLP for this wonderful hotel....

The room was good, but there was no view and the location was a bit odd. There was no parking in front of the hotel, but the manager was really very helpful and guided me to another property of his, for parking. He also helped us for permits and a car for the next day. The service and the food quality was nice.

This is budget hotel but poor room quality and service. My experience was not great in terms of service and breakfast. Here I'm not happy with SAY Homes service because for 3 nights they allocated me this pathetic hotel. Rest of the another 7 nights were good and proper stay. I'm thankful to SayHomes Staff for constant touch and service. Wonderful greeting at Bagdogra.

Positives - near MG Marg, Palzor stadium, opposite to Ranka taxi stand. Friendly staffs and good room service. Tasty food. Geyser. Stationery, medicine, ATM are all within 200 meters of the hotel. Negatives - No view, moderately spacious rooms and moderate bed size (three adults cannot stay in one two bedroom). Tea is not a part of the complementary breakfast (weird).

We spent 10 days at the Hotel and our experience was very satisfying, possibly the best Budget Hotel experience we have had.||Rooms are moderately good, functional and comfortable. What stands out is their service and attitude. Food is also excellent. Proactively reaching out with suggestions on cousine - North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Bengali - we had it all. Strongly recommend and will love to go back.

It's an ok hotel. Rooms were mouldy and had that smell. Washrooms did not have running water in the toilets sometimes. The geyser was also not working fully well.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel recently. • Rooms are good in condition, clean and tidy. • Located at good place, 3 mins walk to the MG Marg. The food and the warm behaviour of the hotel staffs really gave our vacation a homely touch.
