A bit far away from MG road. You'll have to take a cab to reach or or walk 20 mins. Also you'd have to climb stairs to reach the hotel otherwise rest of things were great specially the hospitality and food.

It has been an awesome experience while staying in this hotel. And the view from the room was extraordinary and mesmerizing. All the staff's behaviour was very down to earth and helpful. And the most spellbinding part was their food. Over all had a great stay.

If You don't want to Spoil Your Trip avoid this Hotel!!! Disappointing Experience at Omega Inn Hotel, Gangtok My team and I recently stayed at Omega Inn in Gangtok, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a night mare - very bad experience for all of us. When we went for dinner, the staff made us wait for an uncomfortably long time before even handing us a plate. We had no idea why, but soon realized that they were serving a family first, even though there was more than enough food and plates available for our group. We stood there, watching them eat, while we were kept waiting. Only after the other family was almost finished did we finally get to eat. It felt like they were prioritizing special guests over our group, and if that was the case, they should not have taken our booking. This treatment was an insult to my entire team. As for the food itself, the vegetarian dishes were poorly prepared, with vegetables simply boiled and served without any effort to make them flavorful. The executive kept a close eye on all of us, making us feel like workers, not guests. The following morning, the hotel owner approached us, and we shared our concerns with him. He assured us that he would look into it and asked what we would like for breakfast. I gave him a list of items, and he confirmed that they would be available. However, the next morning, only one item was served, not the three we had agreed upon. This resulted in some children in our group going without breakfast, as there was no alternative offered. We had to arrange breakfast for the kids at a nearby restaurant during sightseeing. The owner showed no regret, and neither did the staff. At last i would say Omega Inn has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, with unprofessional staff, poor service, and disappointing food. I would not recommend this place to anyone visiting Gangtok.

The hospitality was exceptional, with warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The view from my room was breathtaking, with the mountains in all their glory. The hotel's environment was serene and peaceful, with immaculately maintained surroundings. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. Overall, the Omega Inn hotel in Gangtok is the perfect choice for anyone visiting Gangtok, offering an unforgettable experience with its outstanding hospitality, stunning views, and comfortable rooms.

The people here are very nice. The rooms, service and location are also very nice. The cleanliness of this place has impressed us. Next time whenever we have to come or send someone, I will suggest this hotel.
