Jain group Crown dela cruz Hotel gangtok is an excellent hotel.had a really lovely stay was amazing polite & really helpful... Manager Mr.shankar very good and efficient service specially with Receptionist staff Mr.Nikhil.....Response time for every need was so quick that makes things easier..and staff Mahen gave a good service and food was Excellent decision...we enjoyed our stay here..

I spent almost 4 days there the staff was very supportive and very good my experience was very good with this hotel and its also near to MG road so you can also go MG road by walking 10 to 15 min and the food was also very good and if you are finding any hotel with veg food only then u would highly recommend you to go here

Had a really lovely stay, staff was amazing, polite & really helpful. Specially Mr. Nikhil, they made us feel like home. Food was delicious , had a lot of options. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were nice, location is also nearby MG road. Would highly recommend this hotel.
