Nice Stay!||We stayed at Summit North Star, and although the hotel is a bit far from MG Marg, the location is absolutely beautiful with stunning views from the rooms. The food was also really good. we tried their local dishes like the Nepali Thali and Jhol Momo, and they were delicious. ||The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the manager, who personally met with the guests and made us feel very welcome. ||If you're planning a trip, I highly recommend staying at North Star and definitely trying their local food. ||If planning a holiday trip to Gangtok. i personally recommend Summit North Star.

Very disappointed by this summit property. All the staff here were very rude and not listening to things . The rooms were very small with no heating facilities. The bathroom was also small and the kits were not provided . The reception people were totally not supportive . We stayed here for 1 night and didn’t liked the hotels and its services at all . I will not recommend this property at all to my clients . After taking good money it lacks basic amenities also . Worst stay . If I could give negative ratings i will definitely give this hotel - 100 .

This property is a bit away from the heart of the city but is mickey placed in serenity. Rooms were spick & span, staff were gentle. The chef was so generous and came up for feedback after every meal. Overall a nice stay for three days.

Amazing Stay – Would 100% Recommend! I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had such a wonderful experience that I just had to write about it. 🌄 Beautiful Views: The location is perfect — the views from the room and balcony were absolutely stunning. Whether it was early morning mist or evening lights, everything looked so peaceful and scenic. It’s the kind of view you just don’t get tired of. 🍽️ Delicious Food: The food here was honestly amazing. Every meal was fresh, full of flavor, and felt like it was cooked with care. The service was amazing. 🤝 Great Hospitality: The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone made us feel welcome and looked after. They were always smiling and made sure we had everything we needed without even asking twice. 🧼 Super Clean: The rooms and common areas were spotless. The bed linen, bathroom, and even the corridors were all very clean and well-maintained. It felt safe and hygienic throughout the stay. 🛏️ Cozy Rooms: The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with all the basic amenities.

Over all experience is very bad. The main reason is the swimming pool was very dirty our children's force us to book the hote with swimming pool because they enjoy a lot, but we found insect, worms in the pool, water was not clean, even in 2 day stay won't found any person in swimming pool. So my request is avoid promoting your hotel with swimming pool. Food quality is not upto the mark Idly was dry, allo jeera is like Aloo bharta etc. Staff are not responding properly. What they are promising at time booking through make my trip is not match. My last word Stop making fool to your customer.

Had a wonderful stay food and rooms everything was amazing 😍 Miss Surekha from reception was so much helpful and welcoming her sweet welcome made our trip memorable thank you to her,😍 view from the hotel was also breathtaking will definitely stay here again in future🤗
