It's okay. Rooms are avarage but all clean. Location was superb. Only 2min from mg Marg . And service was also good .

I give 5 star for all facility of this hotel, price are very Resinable with free dinner and breakfast in MG marg, all staff are very friendly, every time they take care of evry person of this hotel guests. 24 hours hot water available for drinking water and daily use water, I just stay 22/23 December 2022 at this hotel

Well while writing this review I was in the hotel room no. 201. We were here on 11 june at 12 midnight being our train got delayed. I was provided room no. 303. That room was changed by me the next morning being on the 2nd floor and we were offered a room on the first floor 201. We went outside and they shift our luggage in the room 201. I have not seen the room before. As we came back in the room in the evening it was kind of foul smell and some dusty aura. I pretend that is was because room was closed. The bed sheets were shabby. The linens were torn in condition. My 2 n a half year daughter was playing with a balloon. Suddenly baloon went down the bed and she went down the bed and when she came back she was full of dust. I saw under the bed and it was a horrific scene. The floor was way too dusty,full of empty cigarette packets and bottles of plastic. The Sofa set was also not in good condition and there were residues under the cushions. I told the supervisor to clean it. We went outside for an hour. But they do nothing. I told them once again and then they took two hours to clean. Well, it's all the fault of the supervisor, who did not take care of cleaning. He should clean the room thoroughly after check out and make sure before check in of the next customers. Rest up to you guys. Pros. 1. Near MG road. 2. Easily accessible to the market and other places. 3. Food available (Dont expect buffet or such lavish items). Veg non veg available. 4.staaaaaaaafffffff just like uffffffffffff. They are humble but they do not do their duties with responsibility. 5. Hot water facility. 6. Wifi there. Cons. 1. Noooooo cleaning. Please check the room first before occupying it. 2. Veg Food is not up to the mark. May be due to lack of knowledge to cook it properly. I don't know abt non-vegetarianism. 3. The weather is cool there but there is no AC or FAN if you need it. 4. There are stairs..... It's difficult for children to get through them. 5. If you are vegetarian and hate cigarettes and gutka.... Then beware. It's everywhere. They are used to it. So plz.. before spending your worthy money on the Trip to Gangtok... Make sure about the rooms and the facilities. And never hesitate..never compromise with it. Talk to the manager if you need assistance. One more thing. Which is very very positive about the hotel is its owner. He is very polite and humble. We have only telephonic conversation with him about the problem related to the hotel and that gentleman helped us throughout our tour. I am very very thankful to Hari Krishan Uncle. Thank you so much for being so cooperative with us.

Hotel is great in terms of Location and Staff behaviour. Staffs are very helpful and and place is just beside Pantaloons, M.G.Marg. Food quality is good. They take good care of your luggage if you plan for nort sikkim tour and come back to the hotel after 2 days. Rooms are clean.
