Hi I'm Debojyoti Mondal, The service here is very good everyone come take room and enjoy the taste of nice food I stayed for 6 days very good service and very good behavior from the manager in one word excellent.

Don't fall for the room price on the internet or online. Once u go for check-in in the hotel they will say online price is low so ur booking is on pending even after deducting the amount n u may not receive the refund. The hotel staff reviewed themselves 5 stars with my phone not asking my opinion about their hotel and service and now I have to give my honest review. The bed, bedsheet and blanket are so dirty n they didn't bother to change. We made an online booking and the amount was deducted but the hotel staff didn't confirm the booking kept on pending even after receiving the amount, later we had to book it newly with fresh payment, they assured that the amount paid during online booking will be refunded within Hours but now it has been a week and now they are not receiving the call. Feels like a scam. Worst service ever received in Gantok. I don't recommend this hotel especially for tourists

Very nice place to stay and rooms are neat n clean & staff is good , homely like foods n environment, very good location m.g marg just 100 metres, budget friendly hotel I recommend this hotel to everyone and one thing more I like to add my trip planning done by Namrata very nice 👧
