Stayed in Room no 301 on way back from Lachung. Excellent ambience and clean room. Staffs are cordial. Only one suggestion please order in advance for Breakfast and dinner because buffet is not available. Food is excellent, homely food. Overall excellent experience.

Extremely well maintained property. We stayed for 2 nights while enroute to Lachen, it's a hidden abode amidst nature. The hotel manager Mr.Yugen is extremely helpfull and supportive. All the housekeeping staffs are very polite and humble. Rooms are spacious and clean with all modern amenities and food served is too tasty. Thanks to the team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable

The resort is in nice location. All the room has balcony from you can see the Great Kanchenjunga. The spectrum reflects from peak of Mt Kanchenjunga is mesmerising. Environment of the resort, cleanliness, Room size and all others what a tourist may require to make the stay beautiful are absolute perfect and upto the mark. The Cook is fantastic. Dont forget to try Chinease food specially chilly chicken and Mushroom Cashew Nut. All the staffs are at par and extremely polite. And Last but not the List The Person, Mr Pronoy , Manager of this hotel is very nice person. He is always at your service. Very well behaved and mannerred. Wish to be there again soon....

An amazing experience staying here. We stuck at Mangan due to many circumstances and went to this hotel to check if rooms available. The person at reception is very well behaved and eager to help. He also arranged car for us to visit north sikkim from there. We actually stayed 3 days instead of one day as we love their service and atmosphere.

The remoteness of Palter's Home must be a challenge for the hotel's management and they rise to the occasion.||Our room was comfortably furnished, the bathroom worked and best of all we had a balcony.||Meals were "all right" and when we asked for a beer someone went out to buy one - so thanks for that ! ||Communicating in English can be a challenge. We ordered our meal to be served in the restaurant at a set time and when it was delivered to our room we had to explain again - "in the restaurant"|
