Hotel Panchak

Dirty pathetic hotel.. Horrible room condition I don't think they ever clean their rooms, the bathroom condition was worst..staff behaviour was also very bad ..Food quality was ok but the room condition omg it's traumatic.. If you booked that hotel please cancel it as soon as possible 🤮🤮🤮🤮

too much dirty i think they never clean their rooms if you have booked cancel it ASAP and you can stay anywhere in pelling but not here. They promised jain or pure veg food , but not.so many other hotels are there.dirty rooms dirty hotel i have never seen this worst hotel in my whole life

The hotel rooms are clean and cozy. The staff service is also good. However, the hotel accommodation has some drawbacks. Sometimes, hot water is unavailable. The best feature of this hotel is the direct view of Kanchenjunga from the balcony.

Location,room, cleanliness everything is satisfactory. Staffs are too dutiful and polite.

Rooms were ok The manager was very disrespectful the room service staff was very casual about there work. Room service was very bad.

The rooms are good and clean and the view from the windows on a clear day is just beyond words. A clear view of the Kanchenjunga from just your bed kind of makes the day. The staff is helpful and prompt. The bad thing here is the food that they provide. It's below average and bad. So better to eat outside.
