Location and balcony view is only good. Except location everything is worst.. most sub standard experience I had ever. Landlady(owner) and manager's behaviour is very rude and very bad. They welcomed us very rudely. Room condition is horrible. They don't have any choice. Bed condition is horrible. We stayed there 2days and we had started back pain. Guiser switch board , electric kettle, door hanger were broken. We informed these after entering there but they did not bothered( they said yes mam we know it) . That means before taking any booking they don't bother to repair thier room condition.

We stayed here one night. The stuffs were very well-behaved and helpful. The food was OK. The best part was the view from the balcony. They generally serve breakfast at 8 am. But on our request, they served our breakfast at 7 am. This impressed us a lot. 5 star for the service and location. 4 star for the rooms because there is room for improvement. Overall, a good hotel in its price range.

The location is too good ! Really I had no idea I can see the whole Kanchanjankha from my balcony and bedroom window 🪟❤️ It was really very good!! My mom dad and me enjoyed a lot.

Pure bengali hotel.. Owner of the hotel is bengali.. Staffs are bengali.. No language problem.. Superb hospitality. U can get homely bengali food.. If u want special bengali dishes like 'chingri macher malaikari', mutton preparation, ilish mach please inform them at least 3 days before. they can arrange.. About the room it's best view room in Pelling.. From fourth and fifth floor u can view Mt Kanchenjunga in clear weather from their personal attached balcony, even from bed.. I will go definitely in near future.

Amazing view rooms with balcony. Great service by well behaved staffs. Superb tasty food. Good location in middle pelling. I was very impressed.

It was a great experience ! The spectacular view of kanchenjunga beats anything. The room was super with all the amenities taken care of. The owner(landlady) was really helpful. She cooked really nice foods adding some gastronomical pleasure to the experience.
