Rufina Prime Pelling

Location of the hotel is good also it’s close to the main roads and has nearly hotels and small shops . There were few concerns that overall didn’t had a good experience at Rufina. At room , the blankets provided were not warm enough to handle the cold Pelling weather. Although a heater was provided, it came at an extra cost and had a very limited range, insufficient to warm the entire room. The balcony at the room was not closing properly and it had a little gap from which cold air was entering the room . Food was okok with limited options . The phone service in the rooms was non functional making it difficult to communicate with the reception. Basic room amenities like soap and bath towels were missing initially and were only provided after repeated requests—and even then, the towel provided was not clean. the bedsheets were poorly maintained and had an unpleasant smell.

Location is not good due to narrow road of pelling Rimbi road in front of hotel, causing traffic congestion during deboard from the vehicle. Food quality of the hotel is very good.

I had a great experience, The manager and all the staff were very nice, The food was delicious, and the way they handled their guests was impressive. It's a very nice hotel to stay in Pelling you can have a nice view point and a peaceful area to relax.... Will plan to visit soon Thank you Team Rufina Prime 🌸
