Views from hotel are outstanding, it is the best view one can enjoy. Staff is superb, prompt and very polite - my best experience in India. Heater can be provided if needed. Hot water comes in washroom instantly. Restaurant is veg but food is tasty

Really loved the food, ambience and the hospitality of the restaurant. We had one of the best au gratin here. There sizzlers are also amazing. Highly recommend this place. Our server, Sewan was amazing. In addition to suggesting us these dishes, he also helped us with our itinerary in Pelling.

We went as a group of 10 with an infant, stayed 3 nights. The hotel staff was amazing at accommodating all our requests and dietary restrictions. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the food was good. We also had a mix up with our reservation dates and the booking staff was able to assist swiftly to correct it. Definitely recommend a stay, especially for the hospitality.

One of the best hotel I have stayed in. The staff is very polite and professional. Specially view for the room is really beautiful- clear mountains from your room. Excellent Food and Service . All the staff services and food quality is very good. Love to come again and again . Pine Crest property has very good view . Our stay was very comfortable. All staff excellent in service. Very Nice experience by all the family members.

All good food was really really testy and restaurant staff also very good polite and sincere... and kanchenjunga view really awesome we enjoyed each and every moment and sightseeing also very nice very beautiful place and hotel also very nice clean
