Hotel Window Park

It is a very nice accommodation at Upper Pelling near Helipad Ground.Location is quite good , rooms are well furnished along with very good Room service. All the staffs are very humble and well mannered including the Manager of the Hotel. The woner ( Riju ) is outstanding . He used to take care of everything for the boarders. In this Hotel Kanchanjangha Facing rooms are really outstanding . Foods at the restaurant is too good , specially the Typically Bengali food like Alo Posto, Bengan Bharat etc. Price for accommodation as well as food are very attractive and reasonable. I will recommend this Hotel as a family Hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed till date.I had booked this hotel with recommendation from one of my elderly relative.|Let me share my experience.|We booked this hotel for 2nights.On 5th Feb we reached here at 8pm.They provided a shabby room (Room no 101) in the ground floor.|When I asked the manager for a better room he provided a room in the 1st floor ( Room no 404) with an extra cost of Rs 400/night.|THE GAME IS YET TO BEGIN:|They do not allow to take meals in your room.You will have to go to the dining hall to take your meals.|There was no power overnight. Next day there was no water supply in the toilet.To fulfill the basic needs they provided extra bucket of water from outside.|Next day also the same problem recurred.|Bed sheets were stained.Carpets were torn.Bathroom door handles were broken.Door bolts were also in broken condition.Vinyl flooring in the rooms are in pathetic condition.Wifi connection was poor and not available all the time.No intercom facility available in the room.Everytime you will have to call the manager from your personal phone for your needs.|No housekeeping staffs are available.Rooms are never cleaned.|Food was average.|Only pros is the location of this hotel.It is in upper Pelling and close to zero point.|My personal experience is its a haunted house rather than a hotel.|Better to avoid this ill maintained hotel.

Very good budget hotel in upper pelling. Well decorated restaurant available with this hotel. Food is also delicious.

The Hotel Window Park offers spacious, clean rooms with great views. The staff is friendly, and the amenities, including a restaurant are excellent. Its central location makes exploring the city easy. Highly recommended!

Restaurant has absolutely HORRENDOUS service, wait time was totally unacceptable (>60 minutes) and food was crap. 0/10, do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

I am a senior citizen, visited the place this year May, I must thank the owner who guided me in every possible way, more over the way he & his staffs served me is commendable. The view from the rooms are bliss for eyes. We had authentic bengali food there in the restaurant. Highly recommend. Best location for senior citizens
