Voyage The Aryan Regency

I cannot understand how this hotel can be classified as 3.5 to 4 Stars. This must local Pelling rating as I consider hotel to be no more than 2 star. I took a deluxe room which I consider was more like a one star hotel room. The furniture was tired looking and the room was like a cool storage room temperature wise. It was extremely cold and I had to ask for heater and extra blanket but it was no help. The room service was substandard, the staff could not comprehend what was required and had to tell them 3 or 4 times before they understood the requirements. I certainly would not recommend to anyone who is looking for 3 to 4 star hotel room. If you are after 1 to 2 star hotel then this might suit you as long as you bring a lot of warm clothes.

Rooms were spacious and cozy. Staffs were polite and co-operative. View from hotel was great however, we couldn't see the mighty Kanchenjunga because of bad weather and cloud covers

Excellent stay, great food and awesome view Except the initial hiccups, which was managed by the stuff responsibly, everything was awesome. Was an excellent stay. Food quality was top notch. Service was prompt. The view from the room was also excellent although we were not lucky to see the range because of cloudy weather.

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights. The ambience of the hotel is nice but 1. Since the weather of Pelling is mostly misty and damp , there was a distinct smell in the rooms everywhere from those Damp walls. My suggestion would be that they can place a room freshner inside the rooms as well like the ones they have placed on every floor outside. 2. The room service was good, we asked for Tea which was very tasty undoubtedly but from my experience i will suggest them to serve the tea in some thermal utensil instead of the one they used. Tea wasn’t that hot when asked in the room. 3. First day the hotel staff served the tea in my room in the morning even before 7A.M but the second day they refused since their breakfast was served at 7A.M , they asked us to have the tea there only. Didn’t really understand this act but nevermind just wanted to mention this. They should stick to what service they provide on day 1 and continue with that during the whole stay. Rest, my overall stay was Good. They can improve on their service a little bit more and the variety of food in the buffet. They put very minimal and basic food in the buffet. Rest ones were paid.

They are very bad, my wife visited with her family they didn’t provide proper room though we already mentioned our requirements way ahead. They ask for money for everything. Management was very rude. Only if you want yourself get treated badly and get scammed go there.

Food is absolutely amazing here especially the breakfast spread with lots of good options. It's is not oily and feels like home made food. The rooms are good we got a room on the 4th floor with a beautiful mountain view. The staff is courteous. The location is pretty decent not very far. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Voyage The Aryan Regency in Lower Pelling is in a very convenient location and stunning Kanchenjunga views from the shared balcony. Their breakfast, lunch, and dinner is very delicious and well-prepared dishes. The elevator access is a plus. However, room ventilation and bathroom maintenance could be improved. Overall it’s a recommended place to stay.
