The Pelling Resort

Location - not so great, surrounded by construction sites as of now. View from room - buddha monastery, can get a sight of the Kanchenjunga from the common hallway balcony if you are lucky Balcony- few rooms have neat and long balconies, others have small unusable ones Restrooms - Big bathroom, functioning geyser - but flow of water is less, can take ages to fill a bucket . No exhaust, so tends to get musty and black mold can be seen on bathroom roof Linen- little musty odor but clean Rooms - neat, cupboards smelling really musty and were unusable, no heaters, gets really cold at nights. No lift, we got room in the 4th floor, the staff were very helpful to carry our bags. Restaurant - simple but tasty breakfast buffet, dinner can be pre ordered. staff were very courteous and provided us with games to play and were very very helpful. Overall, decent stay for the price.

The location of the hotel is very good it's very close to the helipad which is being converted to Ropeway to go to SkyWalk. Rooms are clean and spacious. Since there is no lift facility it is better to take rooms in 1st and 2nd floor for persons having knee pain issues. Only cons is their Kitchen management and their room service, it's too slow. They seems unbothered to provide you service in time in our case no services at all.

The view from the resort is marvellous. But the recently laid cable for 🚠🚡 have hampered the frame. The rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. Also, the washroom was very well furnished. All of the rooms are equipped with geysers. But room heaters are available on a chargeable basis(₹400/- per night). Food is good. Skywalk is very near. There is a paragliding facility nearby.

Very nice location. Excellent food. Chef took care of our likes for the food. There is no lift in the hotel so please check for room availability in the lower floors before booking.

The hotel is situated very close to the helipad with a picturesque view of the Kanchenjunga and nearby valleys. The location of the hotel is alluring and is also close to the Pelling Skywalk. What makes the stay even more enjoyable is the prompt and generous service. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is delicious and the hospitality of the staff makes the stay a memorable one. Would highly recommend owing to its great view and the welcoming attitude of the staff!

Very good hotel with great front view of whole range of kanchenjanga. Room (#3003 with balcony) and washroom were very spacious and well furnished. Service is very prompt. Food is always prepared after placing order and very delicious and homely with sufficient quantity. Great location near helipad for reasonable price. Highly Recommended.

Beautiful resort at Upper Pelling with a wonderful view. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is also good. The only thing missing is an elevator. Because taking the stairs for going up to the 4th floor is a bit difficult. Otherwise, we had an amazing experience.
