Very good experience. The Kanchanjanga is very clear from inside room. Feeling good to stay here. All bengali should come here for enjoy bangali environment in pelling.

Excellent service is provided here. Food quality and taste is the best. Behaviour of staffs is also very humble. There are view rooms also, from where Kanchanjanga is visible clearly. Overall, this hotel is very nice and clean.

Room is very spacious,well decorated and cleaned. Specialties is bathroom and it's cleanliness. Always hot water available. Dining room is also very cleaned and foods quality is good and tasty. Service personnel are very polite in nature and always available when required. Location of the hotel and it's rooms are in such a position that kanchanjanga can be visible if sky is clear. Overall it is a very good hotel for visitors.

We stayed here in room no 105 which was clean & spacious, the king sized bed was done with an 8 inch Kurlon mattresses . The room had a balcony facing mighty Mt. Kdz with an 180 degree open view .. Hot water was available for 24 hours , the dining room was pretty neat & spacious and food was just great... Kitchen & housekeeping personnels were extremely efficient, patient , polite & prompt to take care of your needs when required. The front desk manager was approachable , friendly, helpful - real gentleman always inclined to make your stay comfortable. The courtesy of the hotel staff makes your stay equivalent like that of an homestay & that too in the best possible location in upper pelling !!
