Hotel Norling S.K groups

Rooms are good, but service is very poor. Hotel manager is very irresponsible. He is sleeping till 9 am putting his phone switch off and locked the main door. You can’t order a tea or go outside or check out. What if some emergency occurs?

Just couple of days I stayed with my family in this hotel at middle pelling. My personal experience is very beautiful. Specially Maneger Mr. Jogesh and his helping hand Mr. Bidhan their behaviour is so polite and they are very helpfull. Food quality is very testy. Lastly Hotel owner Mr. Kamal also so helpful. I booked single room for my family but due to non availability of family room on the same date he alloted two super deluxe mount view room without any extra charges. Thank you Mr. kamal for make my trip so beautiful. I highly recommend. 💗💗💗

We had an excellent stay there . Kanchenjunga can be seen from the balcony if weather is clear. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Except for the issues we faced because our travel agent it was great experience. It is in good location also. The complimentary breakfast was really tasty.

We had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights with our pet dog. We booked 2 super deluxe mountain view rooms. The rooms were very spacious with balcony. Polite and helpful staff.

We visited this place and stayed in the hotel Norling for nine days. Stay in a hotel will be comfortable depending on three factors 1. Location 2. Hospitality 3. Service including food quality. We have no hesitation in saying that in all these points hotel Norling has scored full points. We were highly satisfied when we could see Kanchanjungha from our room itself. Wish we could visit this place again.

One of the best hotel. Me with my parents stayed in hotel Norling in 2023 March . It was great experience. Love the room , staff behaviour, food , ambience.. I would like to stay again in that hotel whenever I will go to pelling.

Rooms are good with excellent view of the mountains. Could have been cleaner in some parts, it was colder inside room (not insulated properly). Restaurant is not great, only poori and bread for breakfast.

The hotel has excellent location, rooms and service is immaculate. Only negative point and a big one, is that they don't have electricity backup. Guests stay in the dark with candles. Seriously should be improved
