The staff's behaviour is very good.Service is too good . I am very satisfied with the hotel.There's no lift but the stairs were comfortable. Regarding location it's overall good with a good view .In pelling there's no market or so called centre place. So don't bother about the centre place.I really liked the hospitality of the staff..they made food of our choice with a proper menu. Thanks again and Highly recommended

We stayed here for 2 days and mt.kanchengunza view from room in early morning was excellent. Complimentary breakfast has more varieties with good quantity.Lunch and dinner was good.The staffs called us before we reach and took orders for dinner. Rooms were neat.Polite staffs.Will recommend to my friends.💯

If you come to pelling then you must book this hotel for stay. Excellent staff coordination, quality and better food than others. Staff and other members behaviour is good and well mannered. Bearkfast is excellent. Overalll excellent experience. Must stay and visit

Divsai Retreat - room was spacious, clean, comfortable, well designed and decorated. Spacious enough bathroom and neat. Service from the staff is excellent. Breakfast for served is tasty and filling. There is an in-house restaurant as well. Restaurant dinner is also excellent and reasonably priced. Didn't try lunch. Hotel ramp can accommodate max 3 cars in a line. Due to wide road, cars can also be parked in the road but at owner's risk. Location is about 1.5 km away from Pelling main junction. Morning view of the mountain range was beautiful. Highly recommend the hotel.

Our stay was very recent and I am just in aww of the lovely spacious, clean nicely decorated room. Staffs are very courteous and polite . The view from our balcony was amazing. Food is an added bonus ...very tasty and quantity was very good . Breakfast spread had healthy options to my delight. I would encourage all those who are looking for quality time with family to visit this property and enjoy pelling's beauty.

This hotel is a bit outskirts of Pelling and is about 2 km from the city. So, for any requirement, I need to move to the main market place. But the rooms are very comfortable, cozy and Staffs are wonderful 😊and very friendly. We loved our 2 days stay over here. The food served was fabulous and delicious. Morning breakfast and dinner. Divsai is a must stay place

Excellent location, superb view and very humble and courteous staffs. Kangchenjunga view is available from all floors (attached a pic) of front facing rooms; rooms are very spacious, neat, and with all modern amenities. Bathroom is spotlessly clean. Room heater also works very well and can make the room hot enough to remove blankets during the chilling night of January. The restaurant is available with various menus and tasty food, but little overpriced. Overall highly recommended and great value for money. The only disadvantage is the absence of an elevator but this is very common in the entire Sikkim. Nearby a couple of grocery shops are available within 5 min of uphill walk. Parking is on the road. It's very quiet area and the view at night is equally mesmerizing. I have seen so many stars at night after a long time, due to pollution of cities. One more thing to mention, the manager is a great singer with guitar and can turn your day into a perfect musical ending. Many thanks to him.

Overall a great stay at Divsai retreat recently. The staff was very courteous. Great view from the room balcony and If you are lucky you can get an amazing view of Kangchenjunga Given Pelling is located at one of the remotest corners of India, I was surprised by the food service at the hotel. It was amazing, the portions were sumptuous and very reasonable considering the difficulties of preparing such meals at such geography. Also they provide room heaters for extreme cold on request.
