We had a horrible experience there. We booked 2 rooms for 2 days from 15th to 17th October through our travel operator. On the 15th of October, around 6:30 pm, we two families with 2 children arrived there, and to our surprise, they asked whether we had a booking, as their system showed no reservation under our name. When we showed the booking voucher provided by our tour operator, they said, 'Sir, there seems to be some miscommunication. Our manager was on leave, and your rooms were given to other tourists. For today, you'll have to adjust in our basement rooms.'" First of all, it was very surprising to us how rooms booked in our name could be given to someone else. Secondly, when we checked the basement rooms, we found they were not in a usable condition. Additionally, the staff mess, kitchen, dining area, laundry, and common staff toilet were all located right beside those rooms. Above all, the person claiming to be the manager showed no empathy and behaved very rudely. He simply said, 'This is what we have for today. You can stay if you want; otherwise, do whatever you want.' It was already 8 pm, raining outside, and the hotel was located in an offbeat area far from Upper Pelling. After a long day of traveling, we were exhausted and felt helpless. Finally, our tour operator managed to arrange a different hotel in Upper Pelling. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this hotel if possible. It is extremely mismanaged, they are running a fraudulent booking system and clearly do not have qualified people to manage a hotel. During our 1.5-hour stay in the hotel lobby, we saw many other tourists complaining about issues like towels are not clean, non-functioning geysers, and more. Each time, the so-called manager kept giving the excuse that he had been on leave for the past few days.

Nice Location, bit away from main settlement. Moreover you get a clear view of Kanchendzonga Mountain from Balcony. At 4:50 am I saw clear view from my balcony. The staff are very polite and supportive. Food is nice. Beds /Toilet/Rooms are clean. Overall best in the facilities.

This hotel has the best view of the entire Kanchenjunga range from Singyang. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful and the staff of the resort are also extremely nice and polite. The rooms are quite spacious and clean with all modern amenities. The food is also extremely good and healthy and the food quantity is also good. This resort also offers great scope for astrophotography and one can also take a nature walk through the road infront of the hotel. Overall this resort deserves a 5 star rating!

Rooms + View + Amenities + food + hospitality all were great. Host piyush was polite and courteous throughout. The location of hotel was little far and secluded. For us to reach there, Google maps misguided us. Its better to confirm from hotel reception for directions to reach there before heading. Overall recommended for friends and family...

FRAUD!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!! this hotel is a complete scam!!! We booked this hotel for 4500 with breakfast & dinner. But to our horror, the rooms we got were all full of sepage, spiders and other insects. They dont tell you while booking that electricity will be out all night. It will be informed while check in ‘ light jayega poori raat.. aap apna ph charge kar lena sabse pehle!!!’ Dinner buffet was very average. Night was out all night and came only at 8.30 in morning. Post only you can start with your morning ritual. At breakfast we were served with tea, bread & butter. Its a guest house & not a resort. Owners are blind and dont pay heed to customer feedback. All the guests we spoke to, shared same concerns. No one was happy and thus i am surprised to see positive reviews here. seems all fake & paid. Beware and dont spend more than 1000-1500 on this hotel. 1 star property and will spoil your mood & day on much deserved vacation.

Really lovely staff and a comfortable, clean room with a huge bed! The food served for dinner is really excellent, and has very little dairy, which was wonderful for me as I can’t eat dairy! The breakfast wasn’t as great for a Brit, but the staff were very accommodating of my needs and made a killer omelette. Definitely recommend staying here.

A location in the jungles of Pelling away from the city will fascinate you if you are an adventure lover . Beautiful surroundings with a view of Kanchanganaga summit from the room make this hotel special. There are few area of improvement though in the hotel management. We booked three rooms, and on the day of arrival, sunddenly one of the rooms given to us was replaced by a pretty small room. That day the staff and room service was also not upto the mark. The food we got was good but timing was not followed. Overall an average experience, not the one which we expected. Morning excursion in the jungle was highlight of our stay.
