Sakura Garden Retreat, Ravangla

pathetic food.. same menu.. cutlery should be cleaned. Even napkin paper , ( tissue paper) finished... In bathroom no stool how to keep kids for bath, in suite no shampoo or soap... in room coffee etc no shaker or spoo. Only room size is ok deluxe, double deluxe is ok suite is pathetic.. we had 7 rooms and we regret... Breakfast time 8-9am but till 9:30 they r not ready. Here whatever u want is always over .. Bread never available only 10 pcs is served on buffet.. no proper butter.. Too slow service. Suite room small and only view. Deluxe double deluxe both same. Try something new. Worst service. Staffs are good but manager is hopeless. No towel in rooms says has gone for dry clean. .. makes cooks everything with sugar.. same repeated menu.. bon fire place that never lights up. Dinner time also not maintained. Dirty electric kettles, dirty coffee tea sachet holder.. not recommended

Very bad service. Totally chitting. Hotel is far away from the market lower side of ravangla. No lift. Food is just worst 😔.. not recommend. Price is too high. You can find lots of good hotels in near budha park

Fantastic stay at Sakura Garden. specially their hospitality is top notch. Manger Mr Pankaj Sarkar & the cook Mr Dinabandhu Das was so frank. Food was fantastic and top notch.

It’s ok to stay in Ravangla with family . But the facilities are not so good when compared to other star restaurants. Otherwise good to stay with family with beautiful view

Beautiful hotel Clean, staffs are very well behaved Beautiful beautiful garden with huge passage Room are very clean and very very well mentained.. Good for corporate meetings too..

Far away from budha park. Evenings are too boring. Market is also not reachable. Bad service. Not recommended. We see their was lots of good hotels near budha park
