Hotel Melody

One of the best hotel I ever live. First of all Thanks to Mr. Bobit Roy for taking care of us not only like a guest , but also as close relative. And the veg and non veg foods of his and his wife's hand are just delicious in very reasonable price. The rooms are so big, clean and well furnished. The view of our triple bed room is just awesome. This hotel is near to Buddha park.

Pros:||||1. We went in Jan 2016 and stayed for 2 nights. Being off season we got huge discount online and got it for 600/day.||2. Owner Bobbit Roy is a nice person. He arranged a car to pick us from Jorethang. In that car we did local site seeing and then dropped at Pelling. ||3. Good location with nice big rooms with good view. ||4. Homely bengali food (fresh n hot) cooked by Bobbit da himself ||5. Hot blower is there for rent (200/day). which is very effective in winter.||||Cons: ||1. No WiFi ||2. Room cleanliness could be better. Though bathroom looks fine.

A small heaven in South Sikkim. Its Ravangla,and Hotel Melody and its peacefull ambience has made it more beautiful. Its a very nice hotel! The manager Mr. Bobit Roy is a very good person and very helpfull. Everyone should visit. Its not a proper hotel. Its a kind of a homestay. Mr. Bobit Roy is an one man army.

selected this hotel as per TripAdvisor review and finally found that my choice was correct.||really a good hotel and the person who manage this property -Mr. Bobit Roy or bobitda.||what i like most-||1) location. it's nor far from main taxi stand and buddha park. in fact we used to walk upto buddha park daily from the hotel.||2) the manager-cum-cock-cum-all in one: Mr. bobit roy. very helpful and worm person. he guide us where to go and where to eat in rabong and found that the advises were just perfect! ||3) this is the first time in our 4 years sikkim travel- we got Bengali food every day.||4) the price was really pocket friendly.

A clean well maintained budget hotel within range. The hotel Manager Mr. Babit Roy (9932550141) is more like an elder brother, who will guide you in all respect such as your travel plan, sightseeing, food options etc. It was a home like stay in Hotel Melody on the way to Buddha Park, Ravangla.

Very Good Quality Hotel & Food. Complete homely atmosphere. Manager Mr. Bobit Roy is an excellent person(09932550141).You will find vehicle for side scene at cheapest rate. There is another option, you acan book the car entire tour from hotel & you donot have to wait for car at NJP/Bagdogra.|

I was here in March 2016 with my family . Location is Ravangla Bazar area on the way to Budhha Park.The moment we entered in this gem we are overwhelmed with the behavior of Bobbit da. He is a very friendly person and always caring. I was with my one year old toddler. We faced no problem at all, even I must say I was coming from Ghonday resort Kaluk , this is far way better than a resort like Ghonday. Regarding food ,it is just mind blowing..He was always in contact through out my journey. Thanks Bobbit da again. I recommend tis place to everyone ,if you want to stay in Ravangla .

We booked this hotel from Cleartrip. ||We got the overview of the hotel from this link||http://www.cleartrip.com/hotels/info/hotel-melody-711004||The rooms are well decorated and very clean. The view form the hotel room is magnificent.||The manager and the stuff of the hotel is very much co-operative. The manager helped us to get a guide to maenam trek, booked a car for sightseeing and also helped us to find a sunrise point in Ravangla. And one more thing he cooks really well :) .
