Worst hotel experiance .. . Tidy , not much clean , unprofessional staff, shortages of staff , no one there for your quary ...far away from the main matket ...they wake up after 8 ..

I visited the hotel on 14th January 2024. The hotel was one of the best hotels during the trip. The services and the atmosphere was awesome. I do not have enough word to describe my experience over there. From the room service to the behavior of the hotel staff was awesome. It was a nice and comfortable stay. The taste of the food was too good. I like the hotel very much and suggest everyone to visit there once.

We were the only people at this hotel as the road to Gangtok was washed away due to the river flood. The staff each and everyone was extremely welcoming & professional. The food was really tasty with affordable rates. At the time of calamity the hotel staff made sure all things required were supplied on time along with reasonable rates. Big thanks to all of em for having us over for 3 days. & the hotel has a really amazing view of Kanchenzonga peak.

The hotel is quite far away from the main town and market area. We booked standard room for 1 night and the room was small and not tidy . Dinning place was also small in size and there was no much options available in food

Good friendly professional staff. Well trained and fast. Good quality of food at reasonable price. Although from the room budha statue of Ravangla can't be seen but the extreme hospitality of the owner and staff makes your stay Memorable. Thanks the owner and staff. I went with my own car from kolkata with some tough roads from pelling to ravangla but the behavior and kindness mesmerize me. Thanks🙏

We stayed here for a day. It is a decent hotel with a nice restaurant. |We stayed in the standard room and it was near and clean and had all amenities like a centralised geyser, electric kettle, tea coffee kit, television and necessary toiletries.|The hotels and rooms are unique in the way wood has been used throughout. It had a nice ambience.|We had lunch and dinner at their restaurant and it was tasty. Also roti was available so it was a plus point for us.|The only improvement is the walls and doors are not sound proof. You can hear sounds from the ground floor.|The hotel is located 5 minutes drive from the market and 10 minutes drive from Budhha park. If you are traveling with a car or cab then there is no issue.

Rooms and bathrooms are good .staffs are also very professional and good behaviour...but unfortunately we had a horrible experience at night time ..some local guest of them who also stayed at there and booked hotel rooms . one lady of them is just entered to our room while we are taking dinner without knocking at door..started crying and little bit supecisas for us as she was drunk.. this is very shocking teribbly eembarassing for us..after that we called the hotel staff and he is solved the issue .the whole night we are very affraid after the incident.as a guest we visit and stayed in the hotel and we also need some safety.. hopefully in future this will not happening with any one!..
