HOTEL RABONG VALLEY

Had the worst experience here. Rooms were not clean with spiders and worms. No jet spray in the bathrooms. Faced water problems and the geyser was also not working. The staff just came to check it multiple times and asked us to wait for more than 3 hrs. They asked to us to use another room's bathroom where a stranger was sleeping there. Worst hospitality and irresponsible staff/manager and it gets worse. Never seen a hotel with a complimentary breakfast with limited quantity.(1 paratha only per person). Never recommending this stay to anyone.

Our recent stay had a mix of good and bad experiences. To start with the positives, the food was truly outstanding. Every meal we had was delicious, well-prepared, and left us looking forward to the next one. The variety and quality of the dishes made dining here a real pleasure. The service was also top-notch. The staff were always friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and felt well taken care of. A special mention must go to the manager. He was incredibly helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to assist us. His genuine kindness and professionalism were very much appreciated and made our stay more pleasant. On the downside, the rooms were quite disappointing. They didn’t seem to be maintained properly, which made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped. The bathrooms, in particular, were not up to standard. They could use a lot more attention to detail and care. This was a big contrast to the wonderful food and service we experienced. In summary, while the food and service were excellent and memorable, the condition of the rooms and bathrooms needs significant improvement. If these issues are addressed, it could make staying here a truly great experience all around. We hope these changes are made so that future guests can enjoy both the food and the accommodations equally.

The food was delicious. The staff are very co-operative. Excellent location. Mountain't view from terrace and dining area. Rooms are spacious but need some modern furniture. Looking forward to visit this Homestay again.

It was a awsome experience over here. Rooms was pretty clean. Washroom was good. View from the restaurant was good and so as the food. Was having their own parking place which was a blessing for us. The staffs' and owner's behavior was soo nice and humble.

The supervisor is extremely irresponsible. I went with my friends and in night we were talking and the supervisor was threatening us by saying about police. The hotel people are very cheap and has bad mentality. The room services are very poor. Water droplets are dropping from ceiling. Everywhere is the spider web. Worst manager. Very cheap people. The bedsheets are not cleaned and very dirty. Don't come here.

Buddha Park is Walking Distance from the Hotel 😊 Well it's nearly 1km from Ravangla Taxi Stand. But The view from the room is Good & afterall it's a Budget hotel specially for Solo Travellers. Food served here is Good enough & It's like a Homestay.😊 You'll definitely love the hotel & you can walk to Buddha park enjoying the scenic beauty

I visit with my family, hotel is located near world famous bhuddha park, rooms r neet and clean in best Price. Behavior all staff are awesome specially hotal manager, he help us lot. Food is good,the real taste of Sikkim. Kanchazanga view from room that's lovely. ||🙏💕. Overall very good experience.

The hotel is decent, but could have been much much better. View from the hotel was good. The place is very close to the Buddha park. In terms of food, it was ok and they serve hot. Hotel staff were very good. However the rooms were a little off the mark. They were cold and damp.
