Hotel O Ghakhel

Staff behaviour is very good.Rooms are compact,neat and clean.Some rooms are having good view.It is located almost 4 km away from Buddha Park.So you can't see the lightings at night.

Totally fraud. Guys please don't do booking from online.. its a total scam going on here. First at the time of booking they charged a little bit amount and then tell to pay the rest amount after reaching hotels. But the things will totally change when u reach hotel.. the hotels completely denied online booking. Charge u Rs/- 1000+ room. I don't know why so action taken on such kind of fraudulent things.

Linen was dirty, room was dirty, toilet was dirty. We had to tell them twice to clean the room before anyone showed up. Tea they served tasted extremely bad. It must have been reheated numerous of times. We were so disappointed that we tried to shorten our stay in Ravangla by a day, but the manager was adamant that we pay the rent for the extra day, even though we had informed him a day before of our departure. location is too far from Buddha Park. Strongly discourage anyone to opt for the property.

Ghakhel hotel is not good at present. Owner/manager behavior was very poor and rough. Room, linen and bathroom was really dirty. Water supply and Geyser was not working properly. Intercom phone was dead. Location is too far from Buddha park.

Hospitality was good, room is average as per cost. Food was tasty and fresh but pricing is higher context of Ravangla food price. Ex normal Green Salad cost 150/- and one Paratha 40/-.

Most poor experience with this hotel❌.Never stay here🚫.They charged me 9000/- as penalty for bringing outside food to room. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour like goon from hotel staff.⚠️

Most worst Hotel at Ravangla. They literally tortured their guest for unethical money for outside food at room. Quite illegal hotel at Ravangal. Better avoid them completely
