Worst experience we ordered one mutton meals and one paratoa they did not respond even after 20 minutes this was ordered by 2.10 pm when we raised our voice the manager abused us saying we have drunk then I spoke to owner he apologised really owner is good person but this idiots are spoiling the reputation of the hotel. That manager should be shunted out and appoint obedient person. Now I won't recommend Amirtha hotel please avoid this hotel. Thank you

I am Giving 5 star rating for bar only. Do you know what's special. You will get Real offer here. 3 beer 602 rupees only. 3 large domestic liquor 500 only. Only between 12 am to 5 pm after that 350 beer and 250 large. U never get this offer Anywhere in chennai. Descent bar. U can chillout.waiters and barman are nice to see with smiles.keep it up . I challenge nowhere you will get this offer in 2024

I recently stayed at Ambica Empire expecting a luxurious experience, but unfortunately, my visit was marred by a disappointing experience at the bar.Complimentary Drinks Issue: Despite being promised complimentary drinks as part of my package, the staff seemed unaware of this offer. It took multiple conversations with different staff members to finally get my complimentary drink, which left a bad taste in my mouth un roasted peanuts.Service: The service was subpar. The bartenders were inattentive and seemed disinterested. It took an unusually long time to get my order, and when I finally received it, the drink was poorly made and lacked the quality one would expect from a 5-star establishment.Atmosphere: The bar itself was crowded and noisy, far from the relaxing ambiance I anticipated. The seating was uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic rather than elegant.Cleanliness: I was also disappointed with the cleanliness of the bar area. Tables were left uncleared, and the floor was sticky and unkempt.Conclusion: Overall, my experience at the bar was far from what I expected at a luxury hotel. I hope the management takes note of these issues and makes the necessary improvements. As it stands, I would not recommend visiting the bar at Ambica Empire Bar.

I went there with my colleague out of all we all satisfied with pricing. 1.Chicken noodles4.5/5 2.chicken biriyani 2.5/5 3.mutton briyani 3/5 4. Meals nonveg 4/5 5.chicken chukka with meals topnoch 6. Grill chicken ok but taste good but not went inside of chicken 3.5/5 7.tandoori also good 4/5 8. Complementary kessari not upto the level. Ok 9.ice Cream 🍨 good/4/5

The hotel is exactly on the main road (800 Mtrs ahead approx.) when you take a right turn from the Auto Stand in CMBT bus stand. I had to walk as no Auto wanted to go for it being near buy and only took me about 10 minutes to reach the hotel.||||I stayed in OYO room with an AC accommodation and complementary Breakfast. The hotel staff was pretty cordial but was not updated with hotel rules himself (must be new). The restaurant is decently priced but did not offer the many options (in menu) I asked for, so I had to go for the verbal menu and settle with super spicy food (in spite of asking less spicy). Nevertheless, it was a surplus on the quantity. They did not even offer me water in the room (which I had to ask for)! The TV remote had missing batteries (which I called the reception for, with no action taken), so I watched a single Tamil channel for few minutes and slept (for which I had booked the room anyway. There was a single towel in the name of usable item and no toiletries (not even a tiny soap)! The breakfast was a big disappointment to me. While they took time to ask for the order, they wrapped the Puri (my choice) and gravy like a roadside vendor which was soaked like a bun in tea. Not a pleasant experience for the so called complementary breakfast. I slept pretty good though as the bed was exactly as shown in the picture, the best plus for me and probably what I needed above all. One extra star for my sound sleep.||||Pros: Proximity, Bed, Staff||Cons: Service (50/50), Food, Complementary Stuffs||||Happy traveling!

Nice place, friendly staff, courteous service.. New restaurant Amritham serves great, tasty food. Would definitely recommend for a friends or family get-together

The Pics of this Hotel is Totally Misleading. Have had the worst Experience. The Rooms are untidy. No Proper service. Breakfast quality is poor and no options on the same. What they serve is what you eat. Smelly washrooms WET towels or Used Towels. Smelly AC system. I would never suggest this hotel to any of my friends.

We go for only dinner. First when we enter we saw the ambience and Afride about the price after the bill came again. I afraid because I here very expensive but they really it's correct of cost not expensive
