Stayed at Imperial Supreme in Egmore, and it was quite a disappointing experience. While the room was spacious, that’s the only good thing I can say. Basic services like drinking water and no complimentary food service, and very poor response from the staff despite the room costing over ₹2,500 per night. The bed was dirty, and the bathroom had hair all over, clearly not cleaned before our stay. Also, the room lighting was very dim, making the whole place feel dull and uninviting. For the price, I expected at least proper hygiene and basic amenities. Would not recommend unless they seriously improve their cleanliness and service.
